My revolutionary approach, The Sane Food Solution®, was created when I discovered the key principles that allowed my clients to succeed: I realized my clients were hypersensitive to certain foods and that these foods were most often refined, processed and man made foods.
When I could help my clients avoid these foods, then I could succeed with even the toughest cases—people who had tried everything and had given up all hope.
Once I could help people identify the foods they were hypersensitive to, which ones to avoid, how to avoid these foods and how to sustain positive change, it became simple. Then we could create an individualized food plan that meets their medical, nutritional and lifestyle needs.
My clients now had a customized food plan that was unique to them and set them up to win. Their food plan was designed to fit their body, nutritional needs, lifestyle and schedule so it was comfortable, nourishing and satisfying.
